Cadence

Cadence is a woman-led landscape architecture and urban design studio serving South Florida from the Greater Fort Lauderdale area. The firm combines landscape architecture, site planning, urban design and environmental graphics, with nature and community positioned as guides for the design process. Its extensive Florida portfolio includes residential gardens, hospitality properties, waterfront settings, schools, parks, streetscapes and mixed-use developments from Jacksonville and Amelia Island through Fort Lauderdale, Miami and the Keys.

Published projects include the Coral Ridge and Weston residences, The Portal Garden, Church by the Sea, The Perry Hotel and Marina, Riverwalk Residences of Las Olas and multiple civic or community initiatives. Cadence describes services from early site planning through detailed design documentation, which is useful when landscape decisions must be coordinated with architecture, civil engineering and entitlement work.

Prospective clients should explain the project type, location, development stage, public or private programme, resilience concerns and delivery schedule so the studio can determine the appropriate design and engagement scope.
