Candelaria Design Associates

Candelaria Design Associates is a Scottsdale-based architecture practice founded in Phoenix in 1999 by architect Mark Candelaria, AIA. The firm focuses on custom residential homes, estate-scale projects, speculative residences and selected boutique commercial spaces. Its official team page identifies Mark Candelaria as founding principal and architectural director, alongside principals Evelyn Jung and Tim Mathewson, and presents a substantial multidisciplinary staff.

The practice states that most of its work is concentrated in Scottsdale and Paradise Valley, while its portfolio also includes projects elsewhere in the United States and abroad. The studio describes a collaborative design process that brings clients, owner representatives, builders, engineers, interior designers, landscape specialists and vendors together from the early stages through construction.

It combines digital design technology with hand-drawn studies and publishes a large gallery of completed residences and project imagery on its official website. The firm’s Scottsdale office address is publicly verifiable, its leadership and team are named in detail, and its portfolio provides attributable evidence of work in Arizona.

These elements give prospective clients a strong basis for comparing its experience, project type and local service coverage before sending an enquiry through Terramify.
