LandDesign

LandDesign describes itself as a collection of visionaries and problem solvers who believe in the power of balance, combining creativity and practicality to design places that thrive. The firm lists landscape architecture, civil engineering, urban design, master planning and land planning among its services, and presents its work through project pages and news and insights posts on its website.

The firm's Dallas studio is located at 5217 Alpha Road, Suite 140, Dallas, TX 75240, and is listed alongside offices in Charlotte, Alexandria (Washington DC), Orlando and Denver. In a November 2022 post marking ten years in Dallas, LandDesign states that it opened the Dallas office in 2012 and that the office grew from a group of six to a staff of forty.

The same post describes the office's goal of being a fully integrated-services office bringing together landscape architects and civil engineers, and names Heth Kendrick and Brian Dench as the multi-disciplinary leadership at the time of opening, with Rhett Crocker quoted as LandDesign President. The Dallas office page lists Heth Kendrick, Kenton Miersma, Matthew Vinten and Leah Hales as Dallas leadership, and features LYV Broadway as a featured project with Castle Hills, Asana Deep Ellum and Summerlin listed as additional work.

Heth Kendrick's profile identifies him as a Partner and Landscape Architect with the post-nominal letters PLA and ASLA, leading the Dallas office in growth across Texas, with a Master of Landscape Architecture and a Bachelor of Science in Environmental Design. The firm's careers pages describe an integrated design studio working with civil engineers, planners and consultant teams, and list benefits including a 401k employer contribution, paid time off and holidays, volunteer PTO, parental leave and wellness programming.
