About Terramify
Updated August 22, 2026
Nobody joined the three things a land decision needs: the plot, the calculation and the cost. We did.
Why it exists
Buying or building on land is one of the most expensive decisions most people make, and the tools for it are either professional CAD (expensive, for technicians) or interior planners that cannot read a slope. Terramify sits between them: real terrain and sun data, results in a minute, no architect required.
How it is built
Open data first: public elevation models, the solar algorithms published by NOAA, the Spanish Cadastre INSPIRE service, and price ranges from public statistics — each one listed on the sources page with its licence and date. Text is drafted with AI from a grounding of verified facts and reviewed before publication; nothing numeric enters a page without a source.
Who is behind it
Terramify is built by a small independent team in Spain that operates a portfolio of data-driven utilities. We are adding a licensed technical reviewer (architect or surveyor) to sign methodology and guides; until that name appears on the authors page, content is signed by the editorial team.
What we will not do
- Sell or share your data. The planner works without an account; an account is asked only to save.
- Replace a surveyor, an architect, an engineer or your municipality. Every figure here is an estimate.
- Show paid placements disguised as results.
Roadmap
- Planner with slope, sun and templates (now).
- Spanish Cadastre loading (now). France next.
- Cost layers by state and province; modular-home catalogue.
- Solar and energy modules once the core is solid.
