Controller

The controller is Ivory Software LLC, 30 N Gould St, STE R, Sheridan, WY 82801, United States. Contact: the email address on the contact page. Although the company is established in the United States, this site addresses users in the European Union, so the GDPR applies to their data.

What we process and why

• Contact form: name, email, message — to answer you. Legal basis: your consent (GDPR art. 6.1.a). Kept 12 months.
• Saved projects (when you create an account): email and the project data you save — to give you access to them. Legal basis: contract (art. 6.1.b). Kept while the account exists.
• Usage analytics: page path, event name, locale, screen width, referrer host, country derived from the request. No IP address, user agent or cookie is stored; no individual profile is built. Legal basis: legitimate interest in improving the service (art. 6.1.f). Raw events kept 90 days.
• Security logs on the server: IP addresses for abuse prevention, kept 30 days (art. 6.1.f).

Processors

Hosting: Vultr (EU data centre, Madrid). Transactional email: Resend. Content platform: IvoryBrain (our own infrastructure). No data is sold or transferred for advertising.

Your rights

Access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability and objection, by email. You may complain to your supervisory authority (in Spain, the AEPD).

California residents (CCPA/CPRA)

We do not sell or share personal information. You may request to know, delete or correct your data by email; we will not discriminate for exercising these rights.
