The service

Terramify provides online tools to draw land parcels, estimate slope, sun exposure, areas, materials and costs, and informational guides. It is free to use without an account; an account is required only to save projects.

Your content

Designs, drawings and data you create are yours. You grant us only the licence needed to store and display them to you and to whoever you share a link with.

Estimates, not advice

All results are indicative estimates derived from public data and stated assumptions. They are not a survey, a design, a building permit assessment or legal, financial or engineering advice. See the disclaimer.

Acceptable use

Do not overload the service, scrape it or use it to harm others. Automated access requires written permission.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Terramify is provided "as is"; we are not liable for decisions taken on the basis of its results. Mandatory consumer rights are unaffected.

Changes

We may update these terms; the version and date appear at the top. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States; consumers keep the mandatory protection of their own jurisdiction.
