What the results are

Calculations based on public data (elevation models with 30 m resolution, cadastral geometry, published price ranges) and on the values you enter. They are meant to orient a decision, compare options and prepare a conversation with a professional.

What they are not

• A topographic survey, a boundary determination or an official plan.
• A building or planning permit assessment, or confirmation that a use is allowed on a parcel.
• A quote. Costs are ranges from averages and vary with site, design, materials and market.
• Legal, financial, engineering or architectural advice.

Before acting

Have a licensed surveyor confirm boundaries and levels, consult the municipal plan and applicable codes, and obtain quotes from contractors. Cadastral data is published by its source without warranty and may differ from the registry or the ground.

We verify our sources and formulas and publish their dates, but we cannot guarantee results for a specific parcel. Decisions taken on the basis of this site are your responsibility.
